The Company
The trading identity C B N Credit Services was purchased by the Evenhome Pty Limited in
December 1991. The Directors of Evenhome Pty Limited are John & Barbara Williams.
John has 20 years experience in credit, filling the position of National Credit Manager for
Johnson & Johnson Pacific and S C Johnson & Son Pty Limited as Group Credit Manager
just prior to purchasing the C B N. He is a Member of the Institute of Credit Management
and a Justice of the Peace.
C B N Credit Services currently organise Bureaux in a variety of industries with meetings
held at locations throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Membership to C B N Credit Services
Membership to a Bureau entitles Members to attend all meetings, where information on the
current trading of accounts listed is exchanged and to receive the bi-monthly History Report.
The membership includes access via fascimile to the Master History.
Any request for membership to a particular C B N Credit Bureau, must be approved by the
members present at the meeting, prior to a written invitation being issued by the Chairman.
Membership is by invitation only and is confirmed upon the payment of the appropriate fee.
Operation of C B N Credit Bureaux.
C B N Credit Bureaux are operated to assist those responsible for the Company’s Credit
Control and Cash Flow, to meet with their peers in the Industry, to discuss common debtors
and any other problems/opportunities pertaining to credit.
The success of any Bureau is dependent upon:
1. The regular attendance by members at meetings.
2. The full participation in discussions on accounts during the meeting.
3. Free flow of information between members of all C B N Bureaux.
4. The prompt submission of listings of accounts for discussion at meetings.
5. Members conforming with the provisions of the PRIVACY ACT (CMTH),
1988, as amended, and in abiding by the principals contained in the TRADE
PRACTICES ACT, 1974, as amended, (THE ACTS).

CODE OF CONDUCT
The CODE OF CONDUCT is governed by the following Acts:
The PRIVACY ACT, 1988, (CMTH), as amended and
The TRADE PRACTICES ACT, 1974, as amended [THE ACTS]
All participating members must not do an act, or engage in a practice,
that breaches the Code of Conduct.
Confidentiality
It is of fundamental importance that the information gained at the C B N Credit Bureau
meetings be kept strictly confidential between Members.
Furthermore, information gained must be used for Credit Control purposes and it must
not be allowed to be revealed to any other party, especially to the debtors.
Disclosure
Before the disclosure of confidential information takes place, the Member of the Bureau,
shall, Ensure that the recipient of the information has been notified, understands and
agrees to be bound by, the implications of the requirements of THE ACTS.
Storage
Information obtained or circulated is to be stored in such a way to ensure its confidentiality
by restricting access to authorised officers of the Members organisation who understand
and agree to the provisions of THE ACTS. The information shall only be divulged to
Members Senior Management, when the requirements of THE ACTS, pursuant to the
confidentiality are understood and observed by the Member and their Senior Management.
Accuracy of Information
In the event of a Member becoming aware, either during the meeting or afterwards, that
the Member has inadvertently given inaccurate or incorrect information to the meeting,
or in their written report, they shall :

At the meeting, members are asked to give their reports in the following sequence:
1. SUM OUTSTANDING - Full amount of Debt in $000
eg. $6,800
2. TOTAL AGE OF DEBT - Invoice month (s)
eg. July, or July to October
3. ACTION/COMMENTS - Please keep them brief
eg. (a) Legal Action (b) Account Closed
(c) Summons Issued (d) Cash Only
(e) Stop Credit (f) Account Refused
